We are conveniently located near Darling train station on the Glen Waverley line, the number 624 bus from Kew to Oakleigh and right next to the Monash Freeway.
We are closed on weekends and public holidays. In the event of a dental emergency please call our main phone on 03 9813 8853 which will be diverted to our on-call dentist.
Please arrive 15-minutes earlier than your appointment time for your first visit or to save time please bring this completed Medical History Form with you so that we are aware of any pre-existing or medical conditions that may affect your treatment.
